A Financial Controller is required for a £150million turnover division of a worldwide manufacturing group. This role is Number 2 to the FD and will carry responsibility for all financial and management reporting for this business as well as having full involvement in all commercial decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified or passed Finalist to gain experience in a hands-on accounting role. Reporting into the Chief Management Accountant the purpose of the job is to provide financial expertise to an individual Care Group and/or other management area(s). This will include the provision of monthly accounts, analysis of variances and financial evaluations on service change proposals. The job requires a high level of technical competence to analyse information, followed by equally high verbal and written presentation skills to convey financial information.
